There goes Chase Elliot, invalidating himself again lol. Mr. Pessimist.

What did he say?

Kliggerman commented how his average finish there is 3.6 or something and he smirked.

He said, "well one of those was a fuel mileage race, the other, half the field wrecked so two of those aren't really real".

He makes good points.

6 cars on lead lap for last year's Fall race.

all 7 factory Yota's including both rookies in the top 12. Probably come out with another front end and get some more aero tweaks next year. Got to get those two yearlings next year an advantage.:punkrocke

A more tapered, tapered spacer because Chevy has too much horsepower.

With the Outlaw 200 at Fulton Speedway being pushed back to Sunday, I'll be missing the MTJ show and watching the best short track dirt race New York State has to offer. Here's to single digit cars on the lead lap at the end of 400 miles, and a black #78 blowing the tires to avoid the cucumbers that try to attack after the race. Good luck to everyone in their battle against sleep!

Oh boy another toyota party up front. Looks like I'll be fishing this Sunday.
Lucky, rain and wind forecasted here. Probably clean out the garage and winterize a couple of the summer toys.

He's not wrong.

Doesn't matter. That isn't a mindset to have. He has the results. Doesn't need to rationalize why he shouldnt be over confident.

He's RUN well there before anyway

The NBCsn broadcast is nothing short of painful this morning. My God.

He knows exactly who he is, where he comes from, what he's got and where he's going.

The rest is about that all important image that these younger drivers are expected to portray, IMO.

Looks like 1/2 the field is sitting on pit road serving penalties. Dang.
