For the NASCAR Pre Race challenged.....

Scheduled Green Flag (approx): 3:46pm/et

In honor of Wayne Newton "Danke Schoen" to you and with the late start time it may be Monday before I see the race but I am hoping for something as close to Atlanta as I can get.

CE in the 24 showing good speed in the final practice. Worried about the 10.

Not to be whinin' but I wish they'd shut that woman up and get on with the show.

Yeah unless they completely miss on the setup to start, Chase definitely looks like he's going to be a factor tomorrow. Topped the chart in both fast lap and 10 lap avg in the early practice, and was 2nd and 5th respectively in final practice.

It's gonna be a big day for the young folks tomorrow. There's been lots of speed from the 19, 21, 24, 42, 77 off the top of my head.

So.. What are we complaining about today?? Figured I should get a jump on it..

Segments? Fast cars running up front? Or maybe the way there's only one fast line? How about the refreshment stand.. They better have Dr Pepper or Im never watching another NASCAR race again!

LOL. How the hell you been my friend? Hope all is well. Kenny Wallace mentioned on air last week that he hears all this bitching, but when he is at the track, all he sees is smiles. Guess the case could be made that there are fewer people smiling because there are fewer at the track....maybe people should get their asses to the track? Enjoy the day, and best of luck to your guy!

It's too hard to pass the fastest car on the track.

That they barely have to lift the throttle here

That they barely have to lift the throttle here
That's just about all the tracks except road courses and 1/2 milers.

I am hoping reduced down force, long greens and the compound for tire wear will force more throttle control.
It will not be Atlanta degradation, just hoping for enough to make it big part of the race.

The pit road entrance is a little different too, hope they run long enough under green to magnify the mistakes like they did last week.
I like the mental test and seeing the separation of those who can and those that fail to execute.

Yep agree, any time you have to lift makes for better racing in my opinion.

What is all that? It can't be a race, not with all that stuff in the grass and on pit road.

On the contrary. This is a shiny object that's necessary for the total experience of the partially gimmicked out "enhanced" motorsports entertainment product provided to today's progressive fans by NASCAR.

I'm sure it won't be long for some people to get in an uproar over Waltrip calling the Monster Energy girl "honey"....
