2018 Goodyear Tire & Track Testing

All testing should be open for the fans... a trip to Vegas for a day or two wouldn't be bad to see some cars.

I haven't heard of a tire test that wasn't open to the public, usually for free. The tracks open one grandstand and can usually sell enough souvenirs and tickets to pay for cleaning the bathrooms. It's about as spartan a racing experience as you can get.

One of the open test held here at PIR this year was a exchange a can of food for free entry.

If it's at Las Vegas there would be the Neon Garage which would be cool for the test.

Get those ****** Chevys into the wind tunnel. I knew by just looking at them that they would be fast. Can't believe NASCAR ****** approved them. Complete bull****. NASCAR loves Chevy. Assholes are buying the series. I'm not watching anymore.

No, because you see, he wants to run a full WOO schedule and would rather win the Chili Bowl over the 500 and that has to mean he is cheating the fan and his heart is not in it and thus he doesn't care or give it his all...........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
 
Byron in the 24, first time ever to drive a cup car comes in .012 behind Larson for the fastest time day one. Impressive

Interesting that they're reporting who was fastest, they didn't do that for the Texas tire testing.

This is like the old days when teams tested but with a twist, only one car from a team. Nope they are trying to wring everything they can get out of the cars.

I think because its a multi car test. I havent checked, is NASCAR putting it out or just Gluck and Pockrass?
