Interesting stuff here. Deegan left some space on the bottom on the restart but got abused and run well up the track. It looks like she showed her nose and then Kraus came down on her, but it's hard to say if she actually had the inside at all or if she drove into him given the angles. I am leaning towards Deegan's side at the moment.

I'll give Hailie credit she's a lot better than most female drivers, but she's pretty much had to use the bumper in 3/3 wins and hasn't even had the success that Todd, and about the same as a lot of people in BMR cars. I don't think she's a star just because she's running well in the West Series.

I think she'll be average if she makes it to Cup.

Jefferson Pitts Racing Swinging Big In Sonoma

National series drivers Noah Gragson, Austin Dillon and Ryan Preece will be piloting JPR Chevrolets, as well as Jim Inglebright, a K&N West veteran with over 70 career starts.
“They just contacted us throughout the winter and spring, each one of them,” Jefferson told NASCAR.com. “We had enough cars to make it all work. Everything’s coming together, we can’t wait to go.”
“Can’t find drivers,” Jefferson said. “To make our deal work, we’re trying to do this and make a living. We probably have to have more (money) than most people to make it and there doesn’t seem to be the funded drivers and kids out there this year that are racing in the K&N Series.”

The Procore 200 will go green at approximately 1:30 p.m. PDT on Saturday, June 22 from Sonoma Raceway. FansChoice.TV will have live coverage of the event.

Can't wait for the biggest K&N West race on the schedule it seems at Sonoma. Would be surprised not to see 25 cars or more.

Really looking forward to the K&N race this year with a great entry list.

Thats an awesome field! I'm hoping (if it isnt raining like usual...) to go to Flat Rock for a CRA super late model race or Wayne County for the ASCOC so i probably wont be home to watch the stream, but thats really nice to see! Should be an awesome race!
If only the series could start consistently getting 18 to 20 cars for the short tracks, it would be an awesome series! Looking forward to seeing how the Oregon entry list looks since it was the weakest field of last year.

Really nice seeing David Mayhew and Dale Quarterly back, this is what the K&N Series SHOULD be.

Surprised to see Quarterly back out west!
Mayhew usually runs a handful of the Cali races each year, so i'm not too surprised by that. Was fun to watch him when he was fulltime.

Also I can't believe Daniel Hemric is in a Toyota... just literally ran a Chevrolet Accessories scheme a week ago (I'm sure that was an RCR deal & Hemric probably doesn't really have a Chevy contract).
