If Moffitt could have, or would have (who knows) stayed with Hattori he would be driving for a championship truck team AND driving their part time Xfinity car. So now he loses/quits a ride off of a championship truck team to drive a backmarker Xfinity car.

Did you watch how they ran this year? For a year team with multiple drivers they were pretty impressive.

I thought it was odd he didn't stay with Hattori after they won the championship.

I think that was a sponsorship issue because Brett had no (nor not enough) personal sponsorship while Austin Hill was backed by United Rentals.

hard to argue with that, could be why he is out at GMS.
