2020 Gander Outdoor Truck Series

Going to be an interesting race, X champ James Buescher in a decent truck who could shake things up and Natalie Deegan making her first truck start, at one of my favorite tracks.

There could be contractual obligations we're unaware of. It could also be an event supporting a charity significant to Friesen.
Friesen has been racing dirt up here in the northeast for years and years. He's a lot like an older Kyle Larson. Wins in everything he sits in on dirt, and has a roughly 50% win rate in the modifieds this year. Saturday's race at Port Royal pays 53k to win, and his truck team is owned by the same guy that owns his modifieds. Plus he isn't in the playoffs.

53k is likely more than the winner's prize for the truck race.
Natalie Deegan

I would say Austin Hill who won the July Kansas is the favorite, tied for the points lead with Creed who doesn't have a very good record at Kansas. Crafton might be fast, he won the last race held at Kansas.

I think the rookie Zane Smith will be in the top 5. Dark dark horse, Trevor Bayne in the 45

Sucks that Austin Hill won't even get to compete for a title that was pretty much his.

The Deegan's post up so pretty good content. I wish I would have known Ford was shooting the commercial in Ponca. I'm not that far away. But it is pretty plain they didn't want spectators.

Did she blow the LR doing donuts in the ,mustang? seemed like it....

Another season of full-time trucks and part-time Xfinity for Austin Hill.
Kinda figured that. They(Hattori) said they were going to expand into Xfinity if they could find the funding. He must be a hell of a businessman. He was flying back and fourth from Japan trying to make deals awhile back when Moffitt won the title for him trying to keep his truck team afloat. One truck badass team in the truck series, another one screwed by this playoff system who would have won it all on points and wins, but an engine failure was all it took.
