Heart of Racing AMR have swept both GT classes after minimum drive time infractions from RLL and Winward. Notably, RLL were one of only two cars in GTD Pro to split running between three drivers; everyone else in class used two.

Today was my first IMSA experience... gotta say, I'm a fan! The split classes are so much fun to watch.

Idk why they would use three drivers for the six-hour event.

Two drivers should suffice at the Glen.
If one driver can do 4.5 hours at Charlotte on Memorial Day, two drivers should each be able to handle two stints of 1.5-hours, or however the pit stops break them out.

I agree, and I’m curious why RLL decided to do that, but I also don’t think there should be minimums for pro drivers, just maximums for a certain period. Minimums for amateurs only. I don’t see a theoretical difference in an all-pro class.
