FP3 looks promising. Ferrari and Max might be in the mix this weekend.
Who gets the axe first? Franco or Yuki?Colapinto is reaching Sargeant levels of bad.
I don’t think either Lawson or Hadjar even want the second Red Bull seat right now. They’d probably be wise to keep Yuki in there and hope he adapts eventually. That car just seems really tricky to extract performance from.Who gets the axe first? Franco or Yuki?
Just watch the damn thing and if you have further questions we're here to help.Okay, what should an ignorant viewer watch for today? It's rainy and windy and I have almost no indoor chores to catch up. My only previous F1 exposure is a few Monaco races, an event that didn't make me a fan of the series.
I Googled DRS, VSC, and sectors this morning and think I have those down. Ignoring powerplants and suspensions, are there other rules that differ from IndyCar that I'll need to know to enjoy today's race?
Thanks.
Yep. Usually only an issue under a full safety car if the field is packed up, in which case the second car has to ‘stack’ behind the other.Only one pit crew shared by both cars?
And we'll definitely see that.Yep. Usually only an issue under a full safety car if the field is packed up, in which case the second car has to ‘stack’ behind the other.
Since NASCAR introduced wet tires, I've advocated leaving the decision up to the crew chiefs.Unlike NASCAR F1 doesn't throw a safety car when the rain comes but someone's definitely gonna wreck.
So well said!Schumacher and Senna would be laughing their asses off about bring out the safety car here.
