Hey Monster, stop wasting your money on Herbst and put it behind a winner. Its a shame he doesn't have the money Herbst does. Because he's the better driver by far.

With 176 convenience store locations selling a TON of Monster Energy at Terrible Herbst (the family business) that's unlikely to happen.Hey Monster, stop wasting your money on Herbst and put it behind a winner.
176 stores isn't much in the convenience store business. There are over 14,000 Circle K and 13,000 7-Eleven. Hell, there are 650 Loves, 800 Pilot / Flying J, and 1500 Wawa. And those are just the companies I came up with off the top of my head. Every one of them sell Monster; Herbst doesn’t have an exclusive deal on it.With 176 convenience store locations selling a TON of Monster Energy at Terrible Herbst (the family business) that's unlikely to happen.
Never forget, it's the Racing BUSINESS.
Not many of those listed are also involved in the motorsport business speaking of taters. Monster is in pretty deeply.176 stores isn't much in the convenience store business. Herbst sounds like small taters, too small to have any leverage over who Monster sponsors.
So Alexander on X must have some inside information about Heim being upset with his situation...please post.....or maybe the TTNI (Tried and True NASCAR Insiders)....or maybe SOYA (and Smoke Out Your Ass)?As much as Heim has been jacked around, I wish he would find a home other than the rice burners. Somebody else needs to give him a shot.
I don't feel that is an accurate description of the situation. The reason the 48 team isn't advancing in the playoffs is self inflicted mistakes, set up by having some terrible luck earlier in the year. I feel like for much of the year, the 48 was faster than the 9. At one point they were fourth in points. The 9 just had better fortune finishing races until a few weeks ago. Eliminate the worst pit stop in recorded history, and Bowman advances easily over Cindric.HMS are still using Bowman as their experimental driver, that's why the others are winning.
Bowman to final 4 this year.
If he's NOT pissed off over his situation, I wouldn't want him as a driver. Right NOW he is probably better than a third of the Cup field. The whole thing is about as absurd as using Secretariat to plow corn fields. So Alexander on X must have some inside information about Heim being upset with his situation...please post.....or maybe the TTNI (Tried and True NASCAR Insiders)....or maybe SOYA (and Smoke Out Your Ass)?
Heim has 5 years in the Truck series? Totally dominated the series the last three years with 17 wins? How do you fix stupid? If he's NOT pissed off over his situation, I wouldn't want him as a driver. BS. We have seen this time and again. We have a full field of Truck and Xfinity drivers who are damn sure they could be Cup champions right now. If Cory didn't want to be there, he wouldn't be there. WE are not holding anybody hostage. Please. If he's NOT pissed off over his situation, I wouldn't want him as a driver. Right NOW he is probably better than a third of the Cup field. ...and he shows up in Cup, and flops, you will be posting Alexander's stuff.Heim has 5 years in the Truck series? Totally dominated the series the last three years with 17 wins? How do you fix stupid?

Does Toyota have anywhere for him to move up to?WE are not holding anybody hostage.
They have preferred to move others up instead.Does Toyota have anywhere for him to move up to?
Not really unless someone bolts unexpectedly.Does Toyota have anywhere for him to move up to?
If Toyota was serious about his future prospects, they would have found him a home. The "felon" doesn't let talent die on the vine, he makes room SOMEWHERE, and he's just a car owner.BS. Well, he was a crash at Daytona away from snagging the regular season championship from Byron. Fine, use The 24 if it makes you feel better. The 9 is a benchmark?
In all fairness Toyota has invested in a driver with 30 wins and 2 championships between Xfinity and ARCA. Cup results, 4 year, 114 races and 0 wins. See Ty Gibbs. If Toyota was serious about his future prospects, they would have found him a home. The "felon" doesn't let talent die on the vine, he makes room SOMEWHERE, and he's just a car owner.
There's only one reason why Ty Gibbs is still in a Cup car of any brand. In all fairness Toyota has invested in a driver with 30 wins and 2 championships between Xfinity and ARCA. Cup results, 4 year, 114 races and 0 wins. See Ty Gibbs.
Maybe they aren’t willing to risk failing again.
One would think 23XI has plans for him since they currently have him under contractRegarding the Corey Heim situation, Legacy is probably trying really hard to get a 3rd charter in order to land him. He'd be a great get for that organization, and Toyota keeps a big-time prospect.
No sources, just speculation.

After seeing how toxic the 23XI leadership is, I hope he can get away and be in a better place. One would think 23XI has plans for him since they currently have him under contract
"Charters? CHARTERS? We don't need no steekeen' charters!" - Denny Hamlin. The charter limit means they’ll have to dump Herbst at some point for that to work.
One would think so, but I havent heard one yet. Just released this afternoon.... lol!"Charters? CHARTERS? We don't need no steekeen' charters!" - Denny Hamlin.
Which raises the question, is there a limit on the number of unchartered cars a team can field?
I thought so too, but the rumor mill keeps popping up with Jesse Love. Let's have @StandOnIt check with Alexander.Regarding the Corey Heim situation, Legacy is probably trying really hard to get a 3rd charter in order to land him. Really? Maybe we should start a thread of winless prospects. What would be the explanation for Gragson? There's only one reason why Ty Gibbs is still in a Cup car of any brand.
I missed the part where Heim is disgruntled. Please post.In all fairness Toyota has invested in a driver with 30 wins and 2 championships between Xfinity and ARCA. Cup results, 4 year, 114 races and 0 wins. See Ty Gibbs.

Chasey isn't fast. Period.Well, he was a crash at Daytona away from snagging the regular season championship from Byron. Fine, use The 24 if it makes you feel better.
Then start one. I'm not biting on your change of subject. Gibbs is taking up a spot that could hold a potentially more effective Toyota driver, only because he's the owner's grandkid. That relates to the Heim conversation; Gragson doesn't.Really? Maybe we should start a thread of winless prospects. What would be the explanation for Gragson?
Yeah, I get that Ty being Coach's grandson is going to garner this kind of attention. Part of the territory, but to the total flop narrative is pretty silly. He has shown speed. He has been competitive. Granted nothing compared to the expectations pushed by guys like Alexander on X. This Heim apologist narrative is manufactured out of absolutely nothingness. All of a sudden we have folks here who are concerned about Cory, and the Toyota pipeline. Probably the same group who is ready to jump on the Joey Logano came up too soon thing. Toyota is organized and developing talent. Chevy and Ford do not systemically do that. The Felon has bragged about having somebody else develop the talent he signs. This leaves Toyota open to scrutiny. I get that, but there is nothing to this Heim thing, and if Ty starts winning, and he damn sure could, this developmental timeline should be applauded, but it won't be because.....ya know...the narrative. Then start one. I'm not biting on your change of subject. Gibbs is taking up a spot that could hold a potentially more effective Toyota driver, only because he's the owner's grandkid. Well Joey and Erik both had wins for JGR and were still given the axe. The case could be made his potential isn't much different than the other 2, yet he's not on the hot seat. The kid isn't going anywhere because of his name.Really? Maybe we should start a thread of winless prospects. What would be the explanation for Gragson?
They don't have any problem either about taking a driver and letting a team go away that won them a championship though, or bankrupting another team that did them a favor because they didn't have any place for one of their JGR drivers to go to. But sure, no problem for Heim who has been stuck in the Trucks for 5 years right? He isn't complaining lol. .Well Joey and Erik both had wins for JGR and were still given the axe. The case could be made his potential isn't much different than the other 2, yet he's not on the hot seat. The kid isn't going anywhere because of his name.
Definitely, but without Cup cars to put that talent in, the drivers inevitably look to other manufacturers. Why would Ford and Chevy bother when Toyota is doing the work for them?Toyota is organized and developing talent. Chevy and Ford do not systemically do that.
Gibbs, Herbst & to some extent Jones are not getting the most out of what they’ve been given. IDK if this is any concern to Toyota or if they relinquish all that sort of things to the teams. Then start one. I'm not biting on your change of subject. I would like to see Heim get a full time cup ride with a decent organization. It seems like the logical step would be to get him into a 3rd legacy car. In theory 2311 could be out of business sometime next year that could really change things if it did happen.Definitely, but without Cup cars to put that talent in, the drivers inevitably look to other manufacturers. Why would Ford and Chevy bother when Toyota is doing the work for them?
