I'm watching the 07 Bristol cup race in the spring. With about 81 laps to go, the race restarted. Half a lap later, NASCAR throws a yellow for debris on the front stretch.

At Bristol. 7 seconds after the restart. How do you miss this?

Was Dale Jr the first car a lap down after the first caution?
 
I wonder if their official from back then was promoted from within to be the current weather man. That could explain some things.

He ran top 10 late and cut a tire with 14 to go.

Gordon started on the pole, faded to likr15th and came back and finished 3rd. Hell of a race by Gordon.

Takes less then a second to fall off.
