Aaron's 499 | Talladega Superspeedway

with all the duct tape buggies running around, we could see a lot of debris cautions today........

I still like Talladega. I think there are some other tracks that should be taken off the schedule. Some of the cookie-cutter tracks.

In honor of the fine display that I have wintessed today I am changing my avatar as a tribute to the the wonderful man who has made Nascar what it is today. Mr. Helton, thanks for taking the one sport I love and turing it into a WWF style show. Gentlemen (and Ladies) enjoy the rest of your day!!

Its just a sorry excuse for a race. So many cars get ruined every race, but then again, that's what NASCAR wants. So many stupid fans out there like the huge wrecks and that's what Talladega and Daytona are all about.

PLEASE DON'T!!!

Rusty Wallace was actually the one who said that the fact that this is Talladega had nothing to do with that wreck. I don't think he's too angry with Helton right now.

I am overwhelmingly curious to find out what Mr. Helton has to do with the institution of running restrictor plates at Daytona and Talledega.......

ssshhhh, HardScramble. Don't you know Helton always has to be blamed for everything?

Kinda off subject...
But that Miller Lite commercial "your mama's so ugly" is funny! :XXROFL:

:salute:

If you wanna turn the race off, go ahead, but they have a pretty good race going on right now.

Either that guy cheats or he is the luckiest son of a gun in the world. You can decide wich works better for you.

I do not get why Bill did not pit. Unless rain is on the way.

ummm..jeffy's tires were below the yellow line as he passed mikey....

Waltrip brings out a caution...Jr catches back up with the pack

:salute:

I knew this was coming.

Even so, I do not believe it had anything to do with Mikey wrecking.

He was on the line, but I don't think he went "what Nascar deems to be" below it.

whether you knew it or not, he was below the yellow line.....so what, because it was jeffy, noone is allowed to point it out?.....

You saw the replay? ON the line NOT below it. Jeff or not, not a penalty.

The replay just showed that Jeff was below the line.

I have a tivo...watched it several times....below the line.... :p

We all see what we want to see I guess. I saw him ON the line but never go below it to make the pass. Oh well.

Biffle has the best wrecked car out there. Shouldn't be any worse off now than he was before but we'll see.

Let's see...Craven was right behind Newman when the Big One started, right beside Waltrip when he spun, and right behind Stewart when he smacked the wall...and yet he doesn't have a single sctratch on that car. Can you say "luck of the Irish"? :D :D

Stridsberry, you shouldn't have said anything now he will probably get caught up in the next one.

Mikey kind of squeesed him down there anyway. Jeff had a big time run on him.
