I think the CBS Sports Network carries some of them too.

The Times I’ve seen ARCA on CBS Sports Network it’s been condensed versions like an hr long

CBS didn’t have any hour long versions, they showed 4 to 6 races for two years or so, live coverage from the short tracks.After that ARCA switched to A couple other channels for live short track cover and the past couple of years MAVTV has been doing live coverage of almost all of the Arca short track races. I thInk they also had the live coverage available on their online streaming service Lucas oil racing tv as well
