Blocking

If you want to block, expect to get turned into the wall. If you want to bang the side of your competitor's door to move them down/up the track, expect to receive the same treatment in return (or worse). The racing will police itself and karma will always come around to bite the initiator of idiotic racing. NASCAR is (or at least should be) a self-policing sport. There is absolutely no need for rules pertaining to blocking or other forms of aggressive driving.

Yes there is. Nascar already tried the "boys have at it". I agree on the blocking and such but to allow drivers to do what KB did in trucks or what Gordon and Kenseth did in cup is just plain ridiculous. Those kind of moves need to draw the biggest Driver fines ( 1/2 million to start) and at least a 2 race suspension for the team.

OR...the drivers who were victims of such aggressive tactics would be taken out on lap 1 of the next few races by their competitors. That's a heck of a lot worse than a fine or suspension because you would take the cost of losing a race car into account, plus making your sponsors unhappy due to a poor finish. The sport is self-policing.

Yes and the threat of losing the sponsor means more than any fines.
No sponsor, no ride.
I liked it back when DE would have a little talk behind the shed with a driver.

Blocking on Lap .015 Wow did he really need to do that just then? Really? Haha haha. I wish he would have hit the innner wall and wiped out his nose piece, but he just missed. Whats next? blocking on the pace laps? Did he comment on it after the race? I didnt see the last 10 laps
