Bold Predictions for 2018

I doubt you will ever see Junior in another plate race. IMO a short track would be his best bet to survive another concussion. With his first child on the way, I doubt he will gamble at all.

Yeah I agree.. this wasn't really presented in the same way it has been in past years.

It seems obvious to me but I've played it for 4 years now (2017 defending champ! Hear the cheers? Ahhhhhhhhhh) .. I see people posting two or more in the same post and not many are that BOLD but hey that just means if it comes true they won't win.

I'm assuming that the deadline for submitting predictions was prior to the Daytona 500.

If so, have you got a list of submittals that you find worth your time to keep track of ?

This thread was such a mess that I quickly lost interest. The inmates were running the asylum.

Off topic, but I think it was Bobby Allison that said something to the effect of "Every time a driver has a new child, he loses a tenth off a lap wherever he races". That might not be the exact quote, but it's in the ballpark.
 
Sorry I didn't set a dead line of when predictions would close. I have been waiting for some replies I made. I will put the ones posted on a spread sheet and we can call it done.

That wasn't aimed at you it was aimed at all of the asinine comments that some were making.
 
Now that It's settled down I'll make a prediction.

Chase Elliott wins 7 or more cup races and the cup Championship.

When posting a spreadsheet (typically an Excel document), I copy it, then paste it to Paint where I then "crop" it before saving it as a JPEG picture.

I then upload the saved picture to the board.

This was up to the start of the 500. I did not specify a cut off so I would like to add

I doubt the 500 affects this post.
