I'm sure we'll have a complete list of nominees by the end of the night. So allow me to input an early nominee.

I nominate U.S. District Court Judge Graham Mullen for the obvious reasons.

Oh come on! What recourse did Mayfield have? Should he have bowed down and accepted the 12 step program that NASCAR offered?

What if Aegis screwed up on the first sample? Do you think for a minute that Aegis would admit that kind of mistake and screw up a nest egg?

If he is guilty the truth will come out.

This Drug testing practice has become pretty much a well oiled process nowadays. There's hardly every false positives anymore. If Jeremy is so sure they screwed up it's easy to prove get a hair folicle test done it's better than a urine test.

I agree. I said two months ago he should have had some hair pulled. Do you think for a minute he thought he would fail the screen? Again, he had no recourse other than to challenge the NASCAR ruling in the courts.

When your on meth and get caught in a pee test they try to blame it on Claratin,Sudafed,or other allergy meds and think they can get away with it.These tests nowadays break it down so far that it quits all that blameing it on something else.He should have just got himself the help he needs and put this behind him.

NASCAR for not penalizing Hamlin when he passed below the yellow line and did not give back the position... again.

The rules don't apply to the 11 car.

Kyle Busch for obvious reasons. He should have watched the Carl Edwards clip from Talledega.

NASCAR for keeping the restrictor plates on the cars.

Let's see how many people are carried out in ambulances here.

Plates are the villian all of a sudden and made Shrub pull out in front of the 14 and wreck half the field. Beautiful.

I nominate Kyle for trying to win the race instead of settling for second. :)

Kyle for cutting up in front of Tony after his nose is clearly beside him.

Kyle Busch made another dozen enemies tonight. Why are the NASCAR talking heads asking other drivers if they feel safe driving alongside Jeremy Mayfield?

You know he's not going to blame the 18.
Hey, again, who are we to doubt the all-knowing Andy?

My vote goes to Kyle for blocking. I've been an opponent of blocking, especially at the plate tracks. It's just too darn dangerous and with the yellow line, well even though this one didn't end with blocking down to the yellow line, it still ended with a bad wreck because the leader was blocking. If they don't ban blocking, this will happen again and again.

Hey now, its not like this is the 3rd week in a row where Kyle Busch has caused multi car wrecks, oh wait...

Stremme for causing two wrecks and hitting the tire out of the tire changer's hand on the #99 team.

Kyle's Spotter and Kyle himself. The spotter clearly said "hug the yellow line.. (pause) he's coming up beside you"

I guess I have to pick Kyle for blocking and causing himself to wreck and take out all the other cars. My 2nd pick is Stremme for doing the same thing more than once!

You take off the plates and you're going to have more wrecks and more cars into the fence. It's too much power.

don't know why but this brought to mind some interviews with drivers before a race concerning racing with ernie *swervin* irvan in his early days. most said to the effect that they didn't mind racing with him, they'd just put him in the wall if he got in their way. <g> ernie turned into a pretty good driver. kyle got what he deserved and will learn like ernie did, hopefully.

Strange, I didn't hear all of the Kyle bashers call Carl Edwards every name in the book when he blocked Kez at Talladega. Y'all were blaming NASCAR back then.
