Those planes are plentiful and aren't that expensive used.

I just did a quick search and found a used ones, that still fly, for about $1.3 million up to over $2 million. And here I am complaining when the price of gas jumps a nickle. Who new those dang jets were so cheap?

68 Chevy convertible isn't that expensive either after looking at a Bugatti.
Of course I don't think I will own either now.

They're not expensive from a business standpoint when you need to fly employees around the country. Now from a Joe Bob or worker bee view like you expressed, I guess its expensive.

Not just initial costs but the upkeep and operating expense...... If I'm gonna' be flying in that thing I don't want Bubba at Joe Schmoe's Stop n' Go Air service doing the maintenance.......
