You know how buying off the tv or internet is, We got a tv/internet special this whole set of nascar knives for just $7.99 plus S/H Which is $146.76.

Danica fans....

If any of the Fenderettes are caught making anymore posts in this copycatter thread, they are out of the club.

I sure hope DF has a sense of humor. Don't worry. I've done the same thing.

I only saw this thread and my legal team has given me the ok to post ratchere.
This race has got to be nerve racking for the three or four with a solid shot at the wild card. The fastest one could lead 400 laps, and still get taken out due to someone making a mistake, or just see a highly coveted win lost due to a untimely caution. It can happen anywhere, but it seems more likely at Bristol to me.

Every time I see a pic of this track I'm blown away. I can't imagine 160,000 at 1/2 mile track. WOW!

You must be a dreamer.

I don't have the time to do your homework for you. You know those comments have been made in the past.

You would think he would have learned by now.

I'm tired of you genuinely being a Richard Cranium and trying to start a pissing contest everywhere you go. You're ignored.

And my sincere apologies to the moderators and other forum members for not putting the keyboard warrior on ignore sooner than I did. ;)

You can go through a search of these forums in the thousands of threads and see how many time people have made those comments for yourself. I'm tired of doing everyone else's homework for them.

Just as I thought. Have a nice day!

So far in Friday Practice, Miss Thang is dead last on the speed charts.

Thank Dog for the Top 35 rule, eh??

Kyle Petty may have hit the nail on the head. The racing at Bristol is the way it is because of the rear end gear rule.
I liked that comment, also. I hadn't thought about the gear rule making a difference.
I also heard the comment about the Menard team penalty --- seems the chassis was certified by NASCAR, then taken back to the shop and altered without approval or notification. Shame on them.

They should build a stadium around Greenville Pickens !

My favorite GP times were the late 70s, when you could see Chevy IIs, Novas, Camaros, Chevelles, Mustangs, and even an occasional Fairlane racing. I was able to see Jack Ingram win in a 55 Chevy, and my first memory of Butch Lindley was when he drove a blue 57 Chevy.

In the late 70s they were limited to just a little over 300 cubic inches, but they ran faster times then. The fast guys had a Laughlin or Hopkins chassis

Good times

YEP! I caught that and I found it to be quite enlightening.

So all Bruton had to do was to lobby NA$$CAR for a slight rule change for the two races at his track and he could have saved himelf a ton of dough... But, he probably would have spent the same amount in bribes to the NA$$CAR brass so it would have been a wash.

...did I say that out loud?
