What'd he do exactly?...sign some autographs I take it...

He made a little kids dreams come true. A 6 year old kid who has some kind of disease has seizers often and his dream was to meet Kyle. Kyle gave him a tour of his shop and let him sit next to Kyle in the pit box during the truck race.

Thanks for that info. That was cool of him to do that

That was a very cool thing. I wish the networks aired more pieces like that.

I agree. We never get to see what kind of person the drivers really are. People see Kyle busch as ignorant, but that's only because the only time they ever see the guy is at the track, which is a place were he is usually only focused on racing and being as competitive as possible.

I think he had that in 2007 at Charlotte.

Except I think he is probably still enjoying the fact that he won that. Even years later, I'm sure he still thinks about that win every time he is frustrated at the track.

Think about this, I liked the kid and what was done, it was good, but it was a PR program backed by Toycar to improve the image of a real jerk. Every so often they put out one of these and that is the third time in about 3 months that thay aired that one. I dont care what reason they have to do things like that as long as they keep it up because its a very good program and great for the kids. Most of the other drivers do many times over what he does but they are sincere and do it quietly behind the lines. Check make a wish foundation and you will find that Jeff Gordon is the leading driver donating his time and money to the cause, but he does it quietly.

Oh, it was just a PR stunt?...Thanks for the info. :sarcasm:

You think what you like and I'll do likewise

Whatever.

Kyle Busch can't even do something good without being criticized. I'm gonna start calling him Barack Obama because, no matter what, some people are gonna bytch about him.

Don't go there. It's an election year and we're entering September -- that is when I get nasty.

Translation: I will go off on you. You will learn things about yourself you didn't already know and you will learn things about your ancestry.
C'mon Andy, did you not detect the sarcasm? It was pretty easy to spot.

Simma...simma don nah

So you apologise and take a shot at other members all in one sentence...I do enjoy reading your posts sometimes, Andy.

Where was the shot? I said some people might be enjoying reading the back and forth.

I can be Billy Badass too every once in a while. Personally, after some of the posts lodged my way, I feel entitled to be a butt every once in a while.
