Can somebody explain to me why they could not have run Qualifying today?
Rain, MOEJOE ---- started just about the time the last N'wide car qualified and hung around.

I get that part. But why not take a small portion of the Saturday that is before the race and run Qualifying? Casey Mears does not deserve to be on the pole. 50/50 chance he helps pile em up ten laps in because his car sucks/or he runs out of talent.

I suspect that it's not easy to change the schedules of all those involved in qualifying.

Yeah, forget the guys that paid all that money to come to bristol to cheer their guy on.
On the brighter side of things, Danica is on HOTPASS tonight. That will be a cool channel to scan now and then.

I understand your frustration but surely people didn't pay a bunch of money just to watch qualifying and there may be some Casey Mears fans who may finally get their money's worth

There are activities going on at the track all day long that people have paid for to attend. The track isn't idle. They can't just alter the schedule like that.
