Budweiser Shootout at Daytona Thread

I thought Kevin would win it, but I guess DJ proved everybody wrong. Congrats to DJ, but ya have to admit, Harvick will be one tough horse to handle during the 500.

Agreed, Harvick held them off for a duration of time, until the floodgates opened.

Dale Jr. has lots of competition, however Kevin Harvick and Jamie McMurray could steal it away from him, Harvick and McMurray performed brilliantly well during the race, until Harvick was shuffled back to 3rd close to the end and McMurray got into a couple of wrecks on 2 consecutive occasions.

How about Schrader getting the pole, Brian getting 2nd, and then Kevin can win a 125?? :D

Here's for Harvick getting the pole tomorrow!!

Any takers?
Kevin said he don't think the 29 is pole worthy but it will be in the top 10, seems like I've heard that before, RCR=sandbaggers

You better hope vickers don't tear up the car before he even starts the race, he already tore up a tranny in practice

they really need to refine passing below the yellow line rule, skinner was clearly pushed down there and if he would of backed off stewart would of creamed him from behind cause he had a hell of run going, that call by NASCAR is total :bslfag:

I didn't see any mention of it here,so for the record Jeff Gordon led the very first lap of competition in the 2004 season and dominated early on while leading 16 of the first 20 laps in 1st segment  Go #24!!!!
