I guess the run all the way back to the pits tired him out, he didn't have much fight left in him.
 
Just walked in the door after the two day drive back home. I hilghly, highly recommend everyone gets to the Chili Bowl once in their lifetime. It's hard to describe how simply awesome the whole week really is. There's really nothing like it. Starting out on Monday with practice, and then from Tuesday through Saturday, then energy in the place just grows and grows. I haven't seen the broadcast, and I'm sure MavTV did a great job, but unless you experience it, you're missing out.

I went to the first one and quite a few others after that, Emmit Hahn is a genius I have been a fan of his since the 70's. They have made many improvements since the first few, they improved the ventilation, it used to be a smoke out even for race crazy fans like myself.
