Yeah it looks like Solder Field in Chicago. Pronger was quite the character he competed in NASCAR & numerous other series.
The car he purchased from Arrington on the starting grid @ Daytona was later converted to a short track car. He may have had Chicago mob affiliations IDK. Interesting bio if you have the time.
