As for what happened to Dibby, he has nobody to blame but himself.

He did **** all with a competitive ride, was told repeatedly that he needed to find sponsorship to keep his ride, didn't do it, and now is playing both the victim AND the politics card when he was told he won't be with Penske anymore, all but guaranteeing few sponsors will even bother with him anymore.
