Scoring and the field is frozen after each stage. They did the same on the end of the first stage. I really don’t know what is so hard to understand

The caveat here is this is unique to the Bristol dirt race due to the non-competitive pit stops

I believe they said earlier that it was due to the going from the dirt surface to a paved pit road would be too much of an issue for the drivers. Or something to that effect

5 years ago the Martinsville, Richmond, Bristol, Dega 4 week period was the best time of the schedule. Not so sure about that now.
