Look at the noseOkay, how do normal dirt cars keep dirt out of the engine? Better filters?

They don’t have a Cup car snoutOkay, how do normal dirt cars keep dirt out of the engine? Better filters?
come to think of it, theres an arbys that usually gets the orders mixed up… they got it right a night ago when i went thereSame. I’m off to read Revelations to see if any other signs are happening…
I’m not super familiar, but they don’t have a grille do they? Is only air intake the exposed air cleaner into carb? (Genuinely asking)Look at the nose
That's why IMO we need to leave dirt racing to the dirt guys with dirt carsThey don’t have a Cup car snout

dammmmnnn
Okay, what am I looking for? It has to pull air in somewhere, doesn't it? Wherever that is, how do they keep the dirt out?Look at the nose
the bulge on the hood is the air cleaner.Okay, what am I looking for? It has to pull air in somewhere, doesn't it? Wherever that is, how do they keep the dirt out?

HopefullyIs this going to be like turn 1 of the All Star many years ago when it was raining in turns 1&2 and the entire field wrecked?
I had no clue. Is there ducting? How do they filter it?They draw air under the car
For the sake of this not being anymore of a disaster I hope notIs this going to be like turn 1 of the All Star many years ago when it was raining in turns 1&2 and the entire field wrecked?
That doesnt help the radiator.the bulge on the hood is the air cleaner.
PossiblyIs this going to be like turn 1 of the All Star many years ago when it was raining in turns 1&2 and the entire field wrecked?
Better view. Air filer covers carburetor/throttle body.the bulge on the hood is the air cleaner.
No filter. They arent sucked to the ground and when they lift the nose air gets to the radiator.I had no clue. Is there ducting? How do they filter it?
That would probably be really fun to watchLet’s just get a bunch of Crown Vics and run the rest of the race in them
Fair enough. Thanks for the enlightenmentNo filter. They arent sucked to the ground and when they lift the nose air gets to the radiator.
You must be watching a different race then I'm watching. That was a perfect shower to get the track back in perfect shape without using the water truck... so why would they call the race?Surprised they haven't called it yet
Can't get dirt IN the engine thru the radiator. IN means it went IN the intake manifold. That doesnt help the radiator.
Thanks for the explanation. Photos themselves aren't much good whn I don't know what I'm looking at.Better view. Air filer covers carburetor/throttle body.
If the engine doesnt get air that doesn't mean a thing.Better view. Air filer covers carburetor/throttle body.
They already have the haulers lined up close by to useLet’s just get a bunch of Crown Vics and run the rest of the race in them
