Cup RACE thread --- Bristol, Rd. 2

What;s up with the 14? Said payback is a bitch then spins his tires like a rookie and backs up the whole bottom line.

What a win by Kurt.
 
I consider the night race at Bristol to be one of the top races of the year. There was a lot of racing throughout the field and it was hard to keep track of who was where (I hate the position crawl at the top of the screen, I never get through the full order - I get distracted with the racing). Even the race for the fist lap down car was exciting. I was surprised to see Kyle mess up on the 2nd lap (I wrote him off) and I was surprised when he made it close to the front, but I was not not surprised when he messed up at the end with aggressive driving. I thought Larson with 4 tires would be able to beat Kurt but that didn't happen. Bristol is one of Kurt's better tracks. I found myself cheering for all kinds of drivers throughout the race, pretty much for every good pass I saw - I couldn't keep up with all the passes. Yep, it was the best race of the year.

Wrecks happen, Truex has wrecked Kyle before as well. Kyle is quite capable at Bristol ..... has swept the place up TWICE .... a feat that nobody else has done or ever will do. The God in the 4 car wrecked 30 cars at Talladega if you can recall

Uh, Jr did the sweep in 2004 tho? Unless you want to just try to add in the Truck race also. But I mean, can't sweep a race you don't enter. ;) Point being, he cried and bitched when Ricky wrecked a lot of people a few weeks ago, now he's done it. He better be calling all of them people he caused to wreck up. :)

the sweep is all three races .. all the drivers can enter, not Kyle's fault if they don't. Pretty sure Kyle expressed remorse for wrecking Truex ... matter of fact, I know he did. He very plainly stated that he made a mistake

Truex not only car he caused to wreck. Soooooo yeah. Kyle better be making phone calls :)
