Road courses and short tracks.
Been imagining that for a year and a half.Imagine if the stage ended but it stayed green. Such good racing halted without reason.

Too tired to go into why not tonight...Ditch the Roval, race at a real Road course. An October playoff race under a fall midwestern sky at that place, sign me up!
Sux to see the empty seats. Jeez I used to have to fight for August Bristol tix. Finally in 2008 got into season tix. Always sold Spring race tix at face. Living now in TX and this still one of my must see races. Alas..
LOL if gonna do it, then really do it#48 speeding in 4 sections

I was saying the same thing, sucks to see this joint so empty for this race. But I looked into going about 2 months ago driving down. The hotels are ridiculous, I’d have to stay in NC. The tickets I don’t care about but having a hotel for 300 dollars a night is absurdBristol's ticket prices are outrageous! Obviously the reasons for the empty seats runs deeper than that but their ticket prices are completely out of whack relative to Martinsville and Richmond.
It's time to horsehoe the place with about 100k seats an bring back Thunder Valley for all to see.....
I don’t get it much ha ha. Hey Chase Elliott’s in the lead!Somebody gets it ^
I'd be okay with him winning again. Although i really want Brad to get a winI don’t get it much ha ha. Hey Chase Elliott’s in the lead!
I personally don’t think they are cheating myself, they are two of the best in the game right nowThe common denominator in the #4 car’s success since it’s premier at SHR has been Childers and Harvick.
I wonder how much that is playing a role in the lower attendance, its been noted a few times that pricing in the area is raised very high for the races, almost to the point of it being considered price gougingI was saying the same thing, sucks to see this joint so empty for this race. I believe it does. Whenever I do a trip, I stay about 45 mins to a hour away, just so much cheaperI wonder how much that is playing a role in the lower attendance, its been noted a few times that pricing in the area is raised very high for the races, almost to the point of it being considered price gouging
Asheville. It's an hour and fifteen but there's lots of stuff to do and eat.I believe it does. Whenever I do a trip, I stay about 45 mins to a hour away, just so much cheaper
Yea the prices for hotels even two towns away was unreal this weekend. I needed more time to plan the logistics of where I’m staying so that’s why this year didn’t work out. I pretty much had it planned down to staying in Johnson City, Knoxville or Winston Salem. I have a family friend going to grad school next year at UT so we’ll be staying there I think in Knoxville. Just have to get the wife excited to drive from Chicago area to BristolI wonder how much that is playing a role in the lower attendance, its been noted a few times that pricing in the area is raised very high for the races, almost to the point of it being considered price gouging

We stayed in Louisville when we went to the 15 Kentucky race. Wasn’t too bad of a drive, hotel was reasonableThat's why I do Kentucky. I can get a really nice hotel in Cincinnati for a very reasonable price. Makes for a great weekend hub of entertainment. When I've gone to Michigan I've stayed in Ann Arbor and Toledo.
And there isn't a full moon, either. Looking for the meteor strike any minute.Big 3 in big trouble.
