Kevin is a fast Bakersfield kid.
I dated and was later engaged to Wayne Spears niece. I had an opportunity to go to Kevin’s 21st birthday but I didn’t go.
I remember watching him in 97? in a Winston West car drop a lap at California Speedway because of a loose plug wire. He drove back to the win under green when they got it back on 8.
