Cup RACE thread --- Dover

If Jimmie didnt beat him on the restart, and Kyle held the advantage, would people be complaining? Wreck or no wreck, Jimmie out restarted and out drove Kyle for 20 seconds.

Larson had it till the caution. His restart issues cost him. Fair race

He had been killing restarts all day.
 
Doesn't make sense, if you are going to go over the length of the race, take all that time. line em up, and then have the overtime line...now the stick n ball stuff can go on forever and it does.
 
If y'all did not get enough - switch over to ABC for
the finish of the Indy race. They are sitting on a red flag
with 3 to go at Belle Isle.
 
If everyone hates the overtime rules then I'd love to see the reaction on here if they decided to go back to ending races under caution. Lol

It'd be better than what we got, honestly. But the GWC did come because there were a ton of races in 2004 that ended under caution.

The overtime line's location on track seems to be completely arbitrary.

Why did they have to move it from the start / finish line?

A ****** rule that was made in a reaction to the Talladega race a few years ago, which was a cluster**** because NASCAR changed the GWC rule the day before that race and then changed it again during the race.

Chill out, I take nothing away from his ability and accomplishments.
The rabbits foot I was refering to was the caution.

Johnson is the GOAT. I've said it numerous times. I'm just tired of NASCAR's stupid ass rules, Larson losing races, and the 48 winning with a 4th place car.
 
Another race dominated by the 42 and/or 78 that Jimmie Johnson steals away. Need a better storyline!
