That's not the issue in and of itself. The problem is they neutered the cars and still have that condition, meaning the drivers are just along for the ride.

They have conditioned us over the past for years for late cautions and a final restart dictating the results. Back in the day championships could of been decided before the final race.

By the way caution will fly when the 11 is the free pass car.
