So far none of the attempts to improve the racing via aero package have addressed this, and most of them have failed. Gee I wonder why that is the case /s
(While this race is getting good, the field still gets strung out after 10-15 laps)
Before you start about how it's impossible for teams to unlearn gains in engineering, that may be true, but that doesn't mean NASCAR can't make rules to restrict what the teams can and can't do to their cars
