Not sure about your cable provider, but my cable provider super-imposed its commercials over NBCSN's commercials that break. Commercials that cable companies super-impose over the network feed are always full-screen.

It looked like the 24 crew ran around to the right side to change all 4 tires and then audibled out or realized they effed up and ran back over to the left side and only changed 2. The graphic said they changed 4 but the way he got eaten up there it definitely didn't look like 4 tires to me.
