KB is good, but honestly, using your logic, any one of the top 20 drivers, with the 18’s, or 4’s equipment and crew, could do that also.

Did you forget about Kevin winning almost 30 races in 2nd tier RCR equipment? Like him or not, Harvick is an elite talent.

What about Truex? He was an also ran for how many years? And now look at him. He just didn’t find that talent out of thin air.

Why doesn't Denny have the 18s equipment ? is the coach holding back ? If so, the coach has a good reason .......... it may be a talent thing. Riders improve, drivers improve, its not a stretch to say that Truex is a better driver now than he was 4 years ago.

You are damn right he is, and I believe 100% that TRD and Toyota are not where they are without him. Hell, at last count, he accounted for 40%+ of all of Toyota wins. Other drivers in the stable are good, but KB pushes his manufacturer to be better. He will never rest. The greatest day of my racing life other than the night he won the Championship was Chicago in 2014. He was screaming with delight over the developments of the TRD engine. I am promising you that the TRD folks' smiles could not have been bigger. They knew that they had done something because they had done his talent justice....and they will do it again. I promise.

Harvick and Kyle B do make a great rivalry. Both are great racers.
I'm personally not a Harvick fan but have enormous respect for his talent. Kyle Busch is just an amazing talent that we have the privilege of watching wheel a car through the series.
Nothing wrong IMO with the bump on Busch by Harvick. I don't think Kyle had a problem with it either. Harvick clearly had the better handling car and was going to go by the 18 either way.
It may not have been that wise of Harvick in hindsight because now Busch has an automatic excuse if he dumps the 4 going during the Chase.

Anyhow it was just great racing! :beerbang:

what is a JJ? that is something KDB fans want to ignore when KDB wins his 200th by beating mostly lower tier teams and they jump for joy and shout GOAT. Fans who have been around for a while and know what JJ's record is say to the KDB's yeah KDB is a GOAT for sure, a Billy one.

So is Kevin that much better than Kurt , Clint, Stewart and everybody else that has ever been team mates with him ? Or does that logic only work for Kyle?

I never said that Harv wasn't good ... not that I recall anyway. But lets be honest ... Bowyer has 2 wins this season.

Yup, I think his fragility was exposed. He should have never apologized. Additionally, something happened in 2010 when he lost the Championship--felt the need to see a Sports Psych after that.

Same thing with Jimmie Johnson.
Is Chase that much better than him, or is it just that the 9 team is ahead of the curve compared to the 48 team?
This can be said about ALL multi-car teams. It’s not always that one driver is better than the others. You also have to factor in every aspect of the team.

yeah my point also, KDB isn't the victim here like he is playing it. He has a career full of dumping, a wrecking suspension that only he and Kenseth have had in recent history. Year before last he dumped Kahne twice, Keselowski in the Xfinity race was a really cheap shot, turned Harvick at Pocono last year on and on. I don't know of any driver who is in his league, so quit the whine
