They just told Chase that the 5 is overheating following. (His water is hot behind you.). I think they meant the 5. They just said “He’s doing what he can behind you, but he’s hot. Water temp is hot.”
 
This racing really reminds me of old champ car races. a couple scattered packs of 3-4 cars all lined up fighting amongst themselves using the draft. love it.
 
Bell tried to pass Dillon, didn’t clear and lost a ton of time. Kyle Busch blew by him like he was sitting still.

Drivers have got to be frustrated as hell.

Honestly Larson needs to pass Chase with the JGR cars coming. I wonder if the 9 is holding them up.
 
Doesn’t really matter what happens on the track with the #9 and #5.

As long as the #5 team doesn’t flubb the stop, Kyle Larson will blow everyone’s doors off making up time getting into pit road.

The 9 has to be overly cautious on pit road because the program they calculated for the dash with pit speed was off when they checked it on pace lap.
 
#5 team 12.5s stop
#9 team 12.3s stop

Gotdam those teams went to work
 
Still wasn't enough for the lead. But the aero stuff was enough for the lead.
