Cup RACE thread --- on dirt, Bristol

Newman up to his usual BS but it doesn’t work so well on dirt. Doesnt hold the brake and rolls up into Harvick. The wheel holders are outing themselves.
 
Whoever can survive not driving into someone else's mess is gonna win this, don't think speed is gonna matter lol. Sound like somewhere else we go?

Actually I was thinking of making Preece my Pick today for Pick Em because I thought he had dirt experience. He’s running well thus far
 
Could they have called the previous caution the competition yellow? Yeah, probably. I know a lot of people will dismiss it as NASCAR wanting another restart for entertainment, and I'm sure that's part of it, but given how little dirt experience these guys have I can't imagine it hurts to get more chances to practice gear shifts on restarts, especially at a place like Bristol where you know there's a high chance of late-race incidents.

As we just saw, even guys with dirt experience like Alex Bowman can lose a ton of positions over poor restarts.
 
This has been a fun race so far!

As much as I enjoy concrete Bristol, I think I enjoy dirt Bristol even more.

My fears of dirt making Bristol less fun were unfounded.
 
I wonder what big E would think about cup racing on dirt
