Larson with a major case of the yips. That’s my only hesitancy in putting him in final 4. Talent is NOT the issue.

That's Larson today, maybe the pit road limited isn't calibrated as noted for him?

I'm pretty sure the 88 was just rebranded as the 48. They even moved the 88 charter to the 48 in the post season. 48 Charter was moved to the 5

Brad, Joey, and Truex have made it a habit of hitting/dooring him in traffic amd doing low key stuff. Joey had hit the 9 a couple times last year at Bristol, which led to Chase saying “hold my beer” and sending the 22 going for the win. Tv, of course, caught none of it. (This is going from scanner all day)
 
The car, CC and driving talent are all A’s. Only thing that will stop Kyle Larson is Kyle Larson.
 
Pretty sure I was talking about Daniels when I was talking about Jimmie/Larson. Before we inscribe his name on the championship trophy though he probably needs to not Hamlin it on pit road.

All drivers are biased. Chase has had a habit of pounding off the bumper of cars in front of him since 2018. it's become a very - non talked about MO of his driving style. He's not picked on in this case, it's just racing. Some guys use their nose, some don't. Some aren't bothered by it, some are..it's just racing.

I'm curious... Does anyone else spend just as much time watching and studying the leaderboard/laptimes as they do watching the television during the race?

Larson is the only car as good as, or better than the 19, he's also twice the driver, please get back up there and don't let him win.

I pretty much stare at lap times on my phone and listen to the scanner instead of tv the entire race

The car is fast as hell, he's made up like 3 seconds on the leader already.

It's the same deal as Vegas, best car today. Driver just needs to execute and avoid mistakes, otherwise, this race would have already been a wrap.

I spend about 10% of a race checking my fantasy league.

I'm trying to cut back on that

Raceview was my baby, and I would spent 80% of the race watching it, with the tv broadcast in the background and waiting for the broadcast go comment on things I've noticed. I'm trying to get back to just enjoying the broadcast without being "in the know"

Well, I need to turn in all my 9 championship gear. I just remembered that Brett Griffin said this week on DBC when making picks that if Chase Elliott didn’t win this thing and damn near lap the field then something was major fishy in the finale.
