I was just looking at the leaderboard an Boyd was actually 2 mph faster than Busch that last lap. 77 for Busch and 79 for Boyd. Hope they interview his crew chief soon.

He couldn't stay on the lead lap in the short stages. No way he does it in 200 laps.

The best team, running 1234 in a package that gives the best teams a bigger advantage than ever before is boring.

Hendrick never had this kind of advantage race to race. 48 never had the race to race advantage the 19/18 have had the last two years and those two teams pale in comparison. This package is all about showcasing car preparation, and making it hard to pass.

Newman is incredible.

He can eek that little bit more out of car at times. Just insane how good he's been over the last five years. Some folks expected him to kind of fade away after his stint with SHR...
