Yea, but he's not fast enough on the straight away. He's fast on the turn, but slows down when he hits the straight away.

I dunno, I think Johnson is the smart one. He's biding his time, Hamlin will wear himself (and maybe his car) out charging to the front. Knaus will let him know when Hamlin is too close for comfort. I think Johnson will make some adjustment in the next pit stop to make him slide on up to 1st. :beerbang:

Like my dad always said, it's better to work smart than to work hard. That's the difference I'm seeing today. Johnson is working smart, while Hamlin is working hard.
 
Hope they have a backup pit crew in case Gordo don't wreck out today!

Almost to the halfway point and only Johnson has led a lap. That window for most lap led is closing, and it's closing fast.
