People love the chaos! Strategy and understand the fundamentals of distance racing (managing equipment) is boring! 1998 peak of popularity NASCAR would NEVER survive today!

The fact this is a tweet is amazing to me. It's just funny how the NASCAR fan culture has shifted the last 5 years or so.

I think we're going to have one two awesome wrecks. Perhaps someone takes flight for the extra special replay/highlight. patience people....the final 10 laps will be crazy. Honestly, the Daytona 500 has no purpose in 2021. Should be the Daytona 150 or so. It would make the fans and TV happier.
