Dover truck race

Seriously? The Truck Series has gone from being a senior circuit to a solid mix of young talent and seasoned veterans.

Teams probably wouldn't be struggling so much if they didn't have to squeeze every last bit of HP out of the engines and spend so much time in the wind tunnel working on aero so they can run the same giant tracks Cup does. Why NASCAR moved this series away from its roots and took away its identity is beyond me.
Do you actually expect them to compete with a Cup driver with Cup resources?

I don't expect these ridebuyers to compete with anything. John Wes Townley is routinely running in the top 5, and he's got barely enough talent to compete in ARCA.

He's driving his own equipment in trucks, should he apologize for having assembled one of the best truck teams? And he will probably quit running next season when erik jones is old enough to run full time or drive the 54 part time if bubba Wallace moves up. Also whenever he doesn't race bubba usually tears up his equipment and doesn't run as well as did leffler, joey coulter, etc. he's basically ensuring his teams survival by running half the schedule and winning a bunch of races to combat the wrecked equipment from the other half of the garage. By his running trucks he's ensuring he has the financial means to give erik jones and bubba Wallace rides so he is actually helping the truck series not diluting it. What dilutes the truck series was the loss of a plethora of young talent (piquet, buescher, dillons, kligerman) and the removal of RCR and Kevin harvick incorporated truck teams, not to mention the way too small schedule that makes this series am afterthought. Imagine how much more diluted the field would be without kbm

NEVER use the word "talent" and "Piquet" in the same paragraph.

Why should I expect a Kyle homer to understand my post. Never said he didn't run for his own team. Just that he has cup resources. If you don't think he doesn't get assistance from Joe Gibbs then I think you are mistaken.
