They still finished in the points in most races with the F14T.

That F14T was an undriveable mess. I remember Raikkonen and Alonso having understeer and oversteer so often, that car was a bucking and unbalanced mess.

Also, you have to consider it was the first year of the new regulations. This is year seven, this car is just flatout slow and handles decently at times. The F14T was by far the worst car for Ferrari during this era. Just teams have caught up now and the engine change made a difference for all Ferrari teams.
