One can't help but wonder what would have happened had Jr. been leading when the caution flew.
Somehow deep down, I truly believe that the reason for the outrageous behavior was that several dipsticks were unhappy that Earnhardt was moved to second. Maybe I am wrong (it wouldn't be the first time) but something tells me that if Earnhardt would have been at the top of the leader board and the race had finished under caution, there would have been nothing but celebration out of those yahoos.
Good thing they were drinking LITE beer - they may have thrown each other if they were swilling the good stuff.Originally posted by Lap3Forever@Apr 26 2004, 05:28 PM

They did the same at Daytona one year, when the race ended under caution.Originally posted by smack500@Apr 26 2004, 09:10 PM
Dont see how anyone could think the fans were throwing stuff on the track because of the race ending under caution.

Really? One year fans at daytona threw just as many objects at the race winners car, because the race ended under caution? I dont remember that. I've heard about enough of this crap. If you would care to discuss this thru PM, that 's fine, but if not leave it alone.Originally posted by majestyx+Apr 25 2004, 09:33 PM--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td>QUOTE (majestyx @ Apr 25 2004, 09:33 PM)</td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'> <!--QuoteBegin--N2racin88@Apr 25 2004, 09:15 PM
