Was doing good til near the end. Blaney having problems hurt me.
Yeah it screwed me outta a possible win in the other league. I almost put in Larson too!

I haven’t looked at the standings yet. If he’s between 15th and 21st, yes.Yikes, is Kyle Busch gonna be C tier?!

He is 19th. So yep.
It's way, way early. I've come from that far back.Im getting my butt whooped in this league
That's what makes the strategy challenging. The first three races with the old points are just so veterans can knock the rust off and new players can get used to the system. The game really starts when the driver groups start changing weekly. That's crazy.

Look at Kyle in C this week. Are you really going to pick someone else in that bunch? That's why I said management of A isn't the key. It's managing which drivers are in each group each week, with an eye toward whether they'll move up or down. Bubba can't compete against most drivers currently in B; wait until he slides back to C to think about him. Stuff like that.
Speaking for the long-term players, thanks. That was our goal 20 years ago.this league is challenging.
This league has been won before by players who've missed races. One year a guy missed TWO and came within a couple of dozen points when one of his drivers wrecked at Homestead.I screwed up this week and didn’t set a damn team.

Loose Nutz came in second last year after missing a race. I beat him by less than 40 points. That's not much; most weekend winners score around 160, and 220 or so is the max.Well, that's good to hear haha. Gives me hope as I was doing good before I missed this one.
We're pretty lenient about the deadline. As long as the green hasn't dropped, I'll accept a team by e-mail, text, PM here, etc. Once the green waves, THAT'S the real lock.Wow, second place is looking very competitive now
For the record, my dad did his lineup six minutes before lock, lol.
I realize some of us are old school but e-mail has long been the communications method for the league. We started as a work place league, and many of our players are active on social media.I hate I had forgot about this when it first started back up. I’m not sure I got a chance now but I’ll keep trying.
I missed maybe one or two races..
Notice one has an SC on the end, the other has NC. NC is my father. Cooter will confirm there are indeed two of us; he went to the 600 with us one year.So how come you have two teams @Charlie Spencer?

Race 11 - Martinsville 1
- Pudge was the only one with Position D leader Bubba Wallace. This may be the first time Wallace has been credited as a position top finisher.
- Nobody took a shot at Alex Bowman, who wound up leading Position B.
- DJ Hooker notched his first win of the season.
Race 12 - Homestead (1?)
- JOKER, RE-ENTER YOUR TEAM. YOU ENTERED IT BEFORE I HAD THE DRIVER POSITIONS READY. AS PER ANNOUNCED POLICY, YOUR DRIVERS HAVE BEEN DELETED.
- Driver positions for Homestead are ready.
- Sunday, June 14th, 3:30 pm
- 38 cars are entered.
Back at ya. You'd know as well as anyone.I hope everyone appreciate your efforts. It looks like you put a lot of work into make this league work.
It's a long season. We're not even half way (assuming they run the full 36 races).Ouch.
