Ford Ecoboost 300 everything thread

If Sam had led the most laps and won the race it would be different. The 12 team failed to do so and it was their only shot.
Congrats to Dillon, Childress and the whole team.
Yep hornish said that himself, game of mistakes, had the car too loose, used up all his tires and didn't have anything at the last...that's RACING
The whiners haven't said squat about Baine either, ran on old tires, saved a set for last and he also ran past Hornish.

Well we each have our own opinion, I'll respect yours but also remember if Gordon ever wins with something like this and hope you'll react the same, I would even if I'm not a fan of Jeff I'll say he earned it, if Sam did better in other races he'd have it.

He did.

1 win, 16 top 5s, 24 top 10s Times finishing ahead of Dillon: (18 of 33)

There it is.

Quit bringing Gordon into this, he has nothing to do with it. Things are just like they are.

Kyle larson had the most DNF's (7) of all drivers who started all 33 races in 2013

Blake Koch had 18 DNF's in 28 races started.

The red flag indicates that the race has been halted. This may happen due to a large accident, inclement weather, track repair (such as damaged catch fencing), or for severe track cleaning (such as the final laps, when NASCAR may clean the entire track to ensure the race can finish under green flag conditions, and to do so with the track clean of oil from engine failure or crashes).

How's it disrespectful? A championship race was just manipulated and it was all about how the #3 won a championship in NASCAR again.
You came across as " he's dead and who cares". But I realize you were refering to the interview with Dillon and Childress where Jerry Punch (I think) was really pushing for those 2 to give all the thanks to Earnhardt.

have ta bring all cars down pit road durin caution.......an no red flag ?
again...even austin felt shame in post race interview.

sam was a class act in his interview !

I can smell the bull**** from Homestead all the way up here in Georgia. No red flag. Really. This from an organization that throws cautions for tape outside the groove and Nemecheck almost hitting the wall.

Don't forget that caution last night for what seem to be part of a hose...or something. I agree with you 100% BTW.

Sounds like I missed a cluster****.

What's the TL;DR version?
Wreck w/ like 16 to go.. NASCAR could have red flagged it.. Instead they kept waiving restarts and we got a 5 lap dash. Serious mismanagement and possible conspiracy..... Lol

Thanks. Sounds interesting...honestly can't think of the last time there was a caution period of 10+ laps at a 1.5-mile track.

Yeah. It was weird.

Hell of a race though. Worth it.

I'm interested in hearing some radio chatter from the 3 and 12 crew.
