and making the 500 was at stake here, yeah she made it back up and got in to the race but that shouldn't cancel out the fact Denny drove over his head. Denny is a great driver and made a mistake last night, did he mean to do it I'm sure he didn't but it happened and Danica had every right to be pissed.

Did you see the way Danica grabbed Denny's uniform? Could you imagine if Harvick or Stewart grabbed him like that? And Danica is just like everyone else right? Sexism be damned!

Denny is the same guy who few years ago was mad at Brad in a Nationwide race saying "It comes from racing in the Nationwide Series without any Cup Experience" so I don't see how he's one to say how to handle situations.
 
I missed both races last night so I didn't get to see all the glorious stuff that happened. I did watch the replay, maybe it's these old eyes but I didn't see a bit of wiggle by Danica. Hamlin just plain punted her. The longer that guy is on the track the bigger nuisance he is.
 
There a difference between grabbing someone in anger and in a hey listen sort of way
 
If Harvick or Stewart had grabbed hambone like Danica did he would have burst into tears and soiled himself.
Another one who claims he does no wrong and never accepts responsibility.

Crews are going to have to do a better job of keeping the out of control ten away from their driver either that or they need to have a female ringer in a driving suit.

I thought the same thing. Danica knows she can grab other drivers like she did and they can't do anything about it since they don't want to be accused of hitting a female. Also, yes she was getting loose and we all know when your loose on the straight away you will lose speed. If someone is following you closely your going to get tapped.
 
I'm pretty sure Hamlin was glad she made it in. It wouldn't just be Tony mad at him, he would have Nascar frownng on the situation also. When I was at Daytona, I was waiting to hear the crowd's reaction to her during intros. She got almost as many cheers as Junior. Regardless of what I read on the internet, turns out she is a very popular driver. Her window in the fan zone was always crowded. This all surprised me because the internet crowd and the live crowd were totally different.

In that case she could just talk to him later or just flagged him down. When was the last time someone came up, grabbed you by the shirt, got in your face & you took it as "they just want me to listen". If Hamlin had spun Kez out like that & Kez did the same thing Danica did there woulda been wrestlemania on pit road.

God you DP haters are something else. She barely touched him with the side of her hands . Yet you jackasses keep blowing it out of proportion by saying the 5'3 100 pound DP was pounding on his chest and sayin if she was a guy blah blah blah.:owquitit:

She has hit everybody including the pace car, Drama queen gets roughed up a little and acts a fool...blah blah blah.
 
If I was the cause of as many wrecks as she has been responsible for, I don't think I would be making a big deal and acting a fool out of getting spun.
 
Did Denny mean to do it? Probably not, but Denny is a dick. If someone takes you out two races in a row, there isn't a driver on the track that wouldn't be pissed. Anyone here remember when Denny dump David Reutiman on the straight at Pocono? He would also go down to the Busch cars and pick on the regulars.
He knew DP was going to throw any punches anyway. No big deal here :rolleyes:
 
I am normally a denny basher, you can see my prior posts in the past. on this issue I have to take his side. The problem is yes things are dicy in these races. your going to have to make some saves from time to time. danica needs to be able to save the car when it gets a little out of wack. denny is right at the end of the race they need to be up tight and moving forward. As a driver I would get as far away from danica as I could get.

I also have a different view of the clint bowyer crash. if you watch carefully as clint pulled down he had to correct to the left because the back end hung out. this caused the crash, he wrecked himself.
 
3 laps to go...both are looking at solid starts in the 500 with clean cars... and Hamlin is driving like the last lap in the 500. Hell even the commentators were sayin all they have to do is cruise for the final laps and bring home the car in one piece. But no.. jackass Hamlin bump drafts in the corner and not only wrecks DP but others as well. Also, how you save a car when the the rear end is basically lifted off the track in a corner at 190 mph is beyond me. Maybe you should email DP and let her know how it's done.;)

the back end wasn't off the ground, as denny said, albeit in a much more tactful way than I am. you just need to be a better driver.

Take the air off the spoiler,or bump the car at 190 in the corner,and it usually ends in a bad way. Um, and the same thing happened to the champ "Harvick" in the unlimited race and he's a pretty good driver.:sarcasm:
