I think it still makes sense to cheat in Nascar even if you get busted as the reward normally outweighs the penalty. It isn't like the NCAA coming in and stripping away victories, trophies and bowl wins. Tom Brady got turfed for 25% of last season for cheating but I don't see that ever happening to a driver.

Just because Denny car wasn't illegal don't mean all Toyotas was set up the same .. I'm sure if Kyle car was set up like this he would have dominated!
