The "good old days" ??
I was kind of thinking the same thing.
I was happy because Brad wouldn't be caught outside Ambrose on the first lap. Marcos does more than his share of over driving and spinning out.
I was kind of thinking the same thing.
Way to offer the positive perspectiveI don't think we'll see much action other than on restarts. After 10 green flag laps they'll all be rim riding single file.
Cheering for Brad K, but hoping for excitement. Jimmie Johnson needs Keselowski to have Will Power-like bad luck.
I think ESPN is trying to play mind games with Brad K now.
Nicole Briscoe (paraphrasing): Dale Earnhardt and Jeff Gordon won their first championships in their third season. You're in your third season, how does that make you feel?
Brad K handled it like a champ (no pun intended) but seems like they're trying to pile it on.
Briscoe got that wrong. Earnhardt won his first championship in his second season.
Imagine if Brad had stayed with JR Motorsports. He'd likely still be Nationwide full time.
Yeah, you're right now that I think about it. Well, Earnhardt did run one race in 1977 so I guess they're counting that as a "season".
Imagine if Brad had stayed with JR Motorsports. He'd likely still be Nationwide full time.
Gordon ran one race in 1992.
It's gonna be ******* sweet if Brad Keselowski wins and Emperor Hendrick eats crow realizing he should've made the effort to keep Brad around!
I like you more and more every day.
I enjoyed this comment by Brad today. Reporters tell him JJ says he just doesn't understand this isn't just another race, and he'll feel the pressure and it may affect his race. "It just shows that Jimmie doesn't know me, and that's to my advantage". Funny thing though, JJ had been on and said not understanding who Brad is makes this championship his toughest.
Yeah, Brad K is handling everything way more confidently than Denny Hamlin was two years ago.
You can tell it in the cadence in Keselowski's voice, he's confident.
I'm excited about this race but I can't un-glue myself from the Jacksonville/Houston game.
I live in Wisconsin. I have friends who are casual NASCAR fans, some even hardcore NASCAR fans. Texted around, seeing if anybody getting pumped about this Homestead race. Unfortunately, nothing else exists in Wisconsin until the Packer game is over.
Does this track really "chew up tires", or is Jarrett just BSing.
Man, did Keselowski look bad at the green flag. It looked like Ambrose and Edwards had 50 more horsepower than the #2.
I hope he does too, right as Brad is near enough to be a hood ordament! These Homestead races are usually painful to watch. I hope Gordon catches up to Bowyer.
