Homestead RACE thread

Gordon's crew made the right decidion to pit the more I think about it. They let the championship contenders battle it out and saved themselves a ton of drama by not potentially affecting the outcome of the championship.
 
Congrats to Harv and his team, but why in the hell did Gordo pit with such a strong car? Team orders? I suppose it looks better for Na$car to have the Champion win the race.
 
The 22 team should've switched pit crews with the 2, like the 48 team did back in 2014.

Further proving why he's not up to the task.

First **** up at Texas by not pitting for 4 tires when he spun the first time, therefore getting lapped.

Second **** up at Phoenix by not telling Jeff to stay out to at least lead 1 lap.

And third, on this race by telling him he'd be 13th but actually restarting in the high 20s?

He doesn't do pressure apparently.

I fee like the 24 was the second best car all year. Not the 11,31 or 22. Brad K. Cut Jeff's rear tire 3 weeks ago, otherwise Jeff had the car to beat tonight. In my opinion the 4 & 24 were the best cars. I'm still wondering why the 24 pit on that last caution? Oh well.. Congrats #4!

Looks to me he and his crew had a meltdown.

That was more than 1 bad pit stop.
 
Get the feeling that since they didn't have a dog in the fight, Hendrick threw a lot of their resources towards Harvick's effort today, in addition to SHR itself.

Johnson was in Harvick's hauler before the race giving him advice.
