Is Clint Bowyer underachieving?

Yeah I have never seen Bowyer as a top 5 driver and I bet his salary reflects that. But as long as he has decent backing, doesn't tear up a lot of stuff, has decent finishes he fits in like most of the field and more importantly fits in at SHR. But with silly season and other loose drivers looking for a home who knows. Clint needs a big season, they all do though. Bowman says every year is a contract year. :D
 
Is he underachieving or overrated? His dirt late mode team certainly underachieves.

I have liked Suarez since he was in K&N but I have to agree with StandOnIt here. He has been with the best organization in NASCAR and another top tier organization and hasn't made the 16 driver chase once. He's not as bad as Danica was but he's a Paul Menard type of driver who lost his sponsor. If arris had stuck around he would be in top equipment forever. I think he could be a Justin Allgaier type in xfinity but it's probably all she wrote in the cup series

Does anyone think that SHR is first class and Kurt can't drive? He did more for teams that only had one or two horse buggies.
