Is it time for NASCAR to take a hard look at racing with race tires on all tracks?

The optimistic part of all this is at least we’re not talking about “how come tracks don’t use tarps or a tarp system to cover the track like they do in baseball?” I’ve been here long enough to indulge in that conversation around these parts
